All contestants must be 13 by October 1st and cannot turn 18 before July 31st 2012
Scoring Breakdowns:
Each contestant is scored in 5 areas of competition:
*Private Interview 30%
* Lifestyles and fitness, (NO swimswear) 10%
*Talent, 35%
* Evening Gown and on-stage question 20%
* Scholastic Achievement 5%
